Baggage issue
Cannot add my luggage to my reservation
Cannot get a hold of a representative. Phone call continues to get disconnected.
I've been trying to putchase luggage to save on the cost, but several of my credit cards had been refused by their system. Tried many many times without luck

Good morning dear all
I am hereby to request support from your side due to an agenda overlap.
A family is flying tomorrow to Madrid and have a ticket bought from Madrid to Pamploma at the same time.
However, we could not change the ticket so when they arrived as they would have missed the flight, they bought a trem ticket to arrive at pamplona.
So ,we would like to confirm that they will use the return ticket.
Kindly help as with vueling to allow them to use the same ticket for return, as they will not fly on the 22nd due to the overlap flights.
Please assist us, we have paid 1700usd FOR 4 PAX as per tickets attached. we know is not refundable, but please let them fly back.
I am just speechless and have no words to beg your support.
Without any further ado I wait to hear from you.

Hi.
My husband had booked us a 4 day trip to Rome as part of my 50th Birthday present.
This was booked through LoveHolidays on their app in July.
It was paid by Debit card in monthly installments right up to November 2022.
The trip was booked for 12-15 December 2022,with the original flight taking off at 09.25 from Gatwick with Vueling Airlines.
However a few weeks before we were made aware of strikes by Vueling staff and our flight would be diverted to Barcelona where we would have to wait for 5 hrs for a connecting flight.
So we changed it to a later flight of 15.10 which would take us straight to Rome.
On the day of the 12th,we arrived at Gatwick at 12.40pm for our 15.10pm flight.
We already had our boarding passes downloaded but could not access our baggage tags,so we were told to queue at the Vueling desk where we would have them printed for us.
So we started to wait in the queue at the desk.
There was one male member of staff on the desk and he was trying to deal with some very upset and angry passengers.
It became clear to us there were problems with previous flights as we were informed by others in the queue that they'd been queueing for hours,some all night.
All we needed was our luggage tags!
It was complete chaos,we were there for 3hrs and the queue hardly moved.
We were then told that we had to move to another queue around the other side to be dealt with there.
Everybody rushed around the other side and we ended up being pushed right to the back of the queue again.
We tried to explain to a manager on the scene what had happened but he wouldn't listen.
He looked totally flustered and couldn't handle the situation, he kept disappearing and coming back,he was a tall slim balding guy in a suit with a lanyard around his neck.
It was now past 14.30 pm and the staff then announced that boarding for the flight was now closed and no one else was being allowed to get on to plane.
We couldn't believe what was happening.
I was very upset and crying,but no one seemed to care.
My husband was demanding to know why we were denied boarding,along with many other passengers too.
We were told to go back around the other side,(desk C,where we'd originally been queueing on arrival) and a member of staff would help us.
The tall manager told a female staff member to get some compensation forms.
She came back about 15 minutes later,with these forms.
Everyone was getting quite angry and she was getting quite short and snappy at them.
She was speaking to my husband about checking for other flights,which she did,but then explained the next flight was in 6 days!!.
We only had a 4 day break booked!
We were then handed an A4 sheet which was from vueling and said about getting compensation.
That was it.
We were told to go to the vueling website/app to start the process of refunds etc.
We were given nothing else.
I even asked the person at the desk if we needed anything else and was told 'NO'.
So we left,bitterly disappointed.
We have contacted Vueling about a refund and compensation but all we get are replies about how we should've been given a confirmation letter with our booking reference on it to prove we were denied boarding of our flight.
We wasn't.
It is a complete shambles,and Vueling need to be held accountable accordingly.
We cannot get a full refund from LoveHolidays until Vueling actually confirm we did not board ANY of our flights.
I am attaching proof of our booking,and the letter given to us at Gatwick by Vueling staff,and the correspondence with them since.
