Booked flights with booking.com flight got cancelled when at airport put up in hotel and went out next day 13hrs later ,tryed to claim compensation on Vueling web site and booking code not matching but its the one on paper work/email and flight tickets ,booking.com says not there problem and cant talk to anyone on phone for Vueling as go around in circles and no one answers

Today, for the first time, I flew with your airline on flight [insert flight number] from Mallorca to Málaga, and I must express my complete dissatisfaction with the service provided by your cabin crew.
To begin with, I noticed that all six flight attendants were female not a single male among them. While this observation alone is not the reason for my message, it does raise questions about balance and representation.
My main concern is the extremely poor attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the crew.

During the flight, only one other passenger and I ordered food and beverages. I requested a coffee, a sandwich, and an orange juice all served correctly. However, once I had finished, no one came to collect the tray. When I politely informed one of the attendants, she replied, Im very busy.

Yet, no one returned. I waited over 45 minutes with dirty trays and rubbish on my table.
I even pressed the call button, but was completely ignored. Only about ten minutes before landing did someone come around with a trash bag, at which point she apologized far too late.
It is unacceptable that after paying for onboard service which is not inexpensive passengers are left unattended while the crew spends time chatting in the back of the aircraft. This behavior reflects poor management, lack of discipline, and disrespect toward paying customers.
I believe feedback like this is necessary so that your staff do not assume that silence equals satisfaction.

They are far from delivering the level of service a professional airline should maintain.
Regrettably, after this experience, I will not be flying with your company again, nor can I recommend it to others. I hope this message is taken as constructive criticism and that serious attention is given to crew training and customer service standards.

Unfortunately, The airline hasn't reached out to me even though they have read my email which is very disappointing. Finding a way to communicate with them is also very hard.

No email address was found for them . Which is the way i would prefer to .
